Hi I'm Pramal.
My name is Pramal. I don’t always have my shit together. But I do enjoy a life that works, a lot more than it has ever done. After learning from failed careers, difficult relationships and not having a clue about who I am and what I’m about, I’ve reached a beautiful place in my life. My cup is not just full, it’s overflowing – and I find immense meaning in helping fill the cup of others who are struggling. I have a successful management consulting career and in parallel have travelled extensively and contributed to social change projects in India. I live with my beautiful wife and young son in Maidenhead, England.
I am an experienced transformational coach who guides people from all walks of life on journeys of self-discovery and purpose so that they too can find meaning and satisfaction in the work they do and how they share their gifts in the world. I personally find deep joy in helping others not just experience their true self but fall madly in love with who they are at their core – and pursue a career and life aligned with this essence.
I help people think, learn and grow. I hold space to ponder, understand and make courageous life choices.
I work with all kinds of professionals who have achieved a level of success in their lives already, but feel like something is missing. They have landed a dream job, house, body relationship or lifestyle, yet they lack a sense of inner satisfaction and peace. And they know there is more to life than this. They have a little voice inside their heart which has been drowned out by the busy-ness of their mental chatter and insatiable ambitions.
